Job summary

A&R Hospitality is seeking a General Manager for an independent, full-service hotel of about 200 rooms in Mobile, Alabama. You will lead across Rooms, F&B, events, and engineering, shaping the guest experience and revenue strategy with the backing of the company.

You'll report to the Regional Director of Operations and drive performance, guest satisfaction, and community relations for this market-leading property.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience, GM level preferred.
• Experience managing multi-department operations including F&B, events, and rooms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior on‑property leader, fully accountable for hotel performance.
• Develop and execute the annual business plan, including revenue strategy and capital planning.
• Define service standards and guest experience for the market.
• Communicate performance and risks to ownership and corporate leadership.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
