FeldCare Connects is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver compassionate home healthcare in Los Angeles and surrounding areas as an independent contractor.

You will provide patient-centered therapy across all ages, maintain documentation in our EMR, and coordinate with our care team. Enjoy flexible scheduling, no minimums, and the autonomy to manage your own caseload while receiving competitive per-visit rates.

Qualifications

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with patients of all ages.
• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license issued by the state board; active, unrestricted license required.
• Completion of an ACOTE-accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Smartphone; bilingual ability is a plus.
