Job summary

FeldCare Connects is seeking a self-motivated Occupational Therapist to serve the Soledad area as an Independent Contractor. The role focuses on home health care for adults of all ages, assessing needs and planning therapy to improve daily functioning.

You will assess function, develop treatment plans, perform interventions, and monitor progress while coordinating with the health care team. Flexible scheduling and independence are emphasized, with above-average compensation and support.

Qualifications

• OT license and state registration required.
• Completion of an accredited OT program.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient care needs related to ADLs and function.
• Develop and implement an OT treatment plan for improving wellbeing.
• Perform interventions and evaluate patient progress.
• Coordinate with health care team and document progress.
