Job summary

FeldCare Connects is seeking a self-motivated Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality home health care in the Oxnard area. The OT will assess functional needs, plan and implement treatments, and monitor progress for adults of all ages.

Responsibilities include leading patients in activities to improve functioning, documenting responses to therapy, and educating families and caregivers. A state-licensed OT with an accredited program completion is required, with bilingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages.
• Bilingual ability is a plus for diverse patient interactions.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient care needs related to daily living, motor function, and adaptive equipment.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve functioning and safety.
• Document patient progress and adjust care as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercises.
