Qualifikationen

• Required - 2 years Experience in the area of Occupational Therapy as a COTA.

• Provides Occupational Therapy services under the direction of an OTL/R and Plan of Care.
• Communicates with the multidisciplinary team to form a collaborative client care plan.
• Documents treatment and coordination of care contacts in appropriate format.
• Assists in discharge planning and homecare coordination.
• Adapts therapy plans for home settings and caregiver abilities.
• Maintains timely documentation and meets billing requirements.
