Providence at Home with Compassus in Everett, WA is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide home-based OT under the direction of an OT/L with an established plan of care. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, communicate with clients and family, and document treatment while ensuring adherence to billing and reimbursement requirements.

The role requires an OT license, two years’ COTA experience, and willingness to travel to client homes.

Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• 2 years experience as a COTA.
• In home health experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide OT services under OT/L direction and Plan of Care.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary team and families.
• Document treatment and coordination of care in proper format.
• Assess and modify treatment based on effectiveness.
• Plan for discharge and assist with home care planning.
