Senior Helpers Parent Account in Asheboro, NC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to travel to clients’ homes for start-of-care admissions, required 90-day reassessments and essential nursing duties. This flexible role rewards autonomy, in-home client interactions, and collaboration with families and office staff to support care plans.

Active RN license and a minimum of 1 year nursing experience (home care preferred) are required, with reliable transportation and ability to travel

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience (home care or community-based preferred).
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel to client homes.
• Comfortable using electronic documentation systems.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-home client admissions/start-of-care assessments.
• Perform 90-day reassessments and additional assessments as required.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Assess client health status, functional abilities, and care needs.
• Collaborate with office staff, caregivers, and families to support care plans.
• Identify changes in condition and communicate concerns appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and best practices.
