Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Asheboro, NC seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for ongoing home health visits to adult and geriatric clients in Randolph County. This full-time role emphasizes 1:1 care, flexible schedules, and strong work-life balance.

Responsibilities include following care plans, administering meds, wound care, and documenting observations with EMR. Travel required; NC RN license and 1 year of clinical experience needed.

Qualifications

Must hold a current NC RN license.
Minimum of 1 year of recent, verifiable clinical experience.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

Follow designated care plans per patient needs.
Make home visits to clients in assigned territory.
Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
Monitor client conditions and report changes to supervisor.
Document doctors' orders and care observations in EMR.
Coordinate case management and services provided.
