Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Raleigh is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to serve residents in upscale Independent Living communities in the Raleigh area. The RN will assess healthcare needs, oversee caregivers, and ensure quality patient care in clients’ homes without travel.

Requires independence, critical thinking, and a nursing license in NC. Preferred candidates have at least two years in home care and one year in hospital/clinical staffing, with CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in North Carolina.
• Current CPR Certification.
• At least 2 years of home health care experience (preferred).
• 1 year of hospital or clinical staffing experience (preferred).
• Demonstrated multitasking ability and strong organizational/communication skills.
• Background and drug screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, evaluate, motivate, and develop professional and paraprofessional staff.
• Provide oversight and guidance to the healthcare team for the patient population.
• Follow accepted standards of clinical practice.
