Qualifications

• Prior underwriting, inspection, or loss-control experience desirable.
• Experience in insurance adjusting, home appraisals, real estate or construction a plus.
• Must have a smartphone, tablet, personal computer, measuring devices, and a digital camera with ≥16 MP resolution.
• Reliable vehicle with Auto and General Liability insurance.
• High-speed internet access.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct on‑site high‑value property surveys.
• Manage work assignments and complete web‑based reports in a timely manner.
• Generate estimated replacement value and highlight major hazards.
