Job summary

A leading insurance services firm in Los Angeles is hiring Independent Contractors as High Value Residential Insurance Inspectors. The role involves scheduling property surveys, managing reports, and interacting with homeowners and insurance agents. Ideal candidates should possess experience in insurance adjusting or construction and strong communication skills. This position allows for a flexible schedule and the chance to work primarily from home, with support provided by the Field Management team.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance adjusting, home appraisals, real estate, or construction preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must have a smartphone, tablet, and personal computer.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct on-site High Value Property Surveys.
• Manage work assignments and complete web-based reports on time.
• Visit properties, take photographs and measurements.
