Job summary

Elite Haul Inc is a growing freight brokerage in the Chicago market seeking motivated Freight Brokers and Logistics Sales Representatives to join our team. You will build shipper relationships, develop freight opportunities, and grow long-term repeat business.

We offer a base salary plus a high commission structure, unlimited earning potential, health insurance benefits, and a supportive team environment. Ideal candidates have brokerage or logistics experience and strong communication and sales

Qualifications

• Freight brokerage, dispatch, or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Experience with DAT, Truckstop, or TMS systems is a plus.
• Motivated, competitive, and goal‑oriented mindset.
