You will inherit state-of-the-art financial modeling technology and direct mentorship to scale operations, expand regional client networks, and build long-term enterprise equity.

This direct-hire role offers transition financing, admin support, and pathways for book acquisition with performance-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations.
• Active State Life & Health Insurance License.
• 3+ years of experience as a producing Financial Advisor with a clean regulatory record.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a consultative, relationship-first planning approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide macroeconomic financial planning and wealth management guidance to individuals, families, and business owners.
• Analyze client situations to design asset-protection, retirement income, and estate-planning solutions.
• Expand regional client networks using CPA alliances and marketing channels.
• Maintain high-touch relationship management to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
