Strategic People Advisors is recruiting an experienced Financial Advisor who wants to transition their practice into an independent business-owner model. You will inherit a strong local brand, advanced financial modeling tools, and direct mentorship to scale operations and build long-term equity.

The role offers transition financing, access to shared office space, and structured succession planning, with earnings potential ranging from $100,000 to $250,000+ depending on performance.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations.
• Active State Life & Health Insurance License.
• 3+ years of experience as a producing Financial Advisor with a clean regulatory record (FINRA BrokerCheck).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to a consultative, relationship-first planning process.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive macroeconomic financial planning and wealth management guidance to individuals, families, and business owners.
• Analyze complex client situations to design custom asset-protection, retirement income, and estate-planning solutions.
• Foster and expand regional client networks by utilizing the firm's localized CPA alliances and marketing channels.
• Deliver high-touch relationship management to ensure exceptional client retention and long-term satisfaction.
