Wisepath Recruiting is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to transition their practice into an independent business-owner model. You will inherit a strong local brand, advanced financial modeling tools, and direct mentorship to help scale operations and build long-term equity.

The role emphasizes macroeconomic planning, asset protection, retirement and estate planning, with support including office space, administrative assistance, and structured pathways for practice succession.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations.
• Active State Life & Health Insurance License.
• 3+ years of experience as a producing Financial Advisor with a clean regulatory record (FINRA BrokerCheck).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a consultative, relationship-first planning process.

Responsibilities

• Provide macroeconomic financial planning and wealth management guidance to individuals, families, and business owners.
• Analyze client situations to design asset-protection, retirement income, and estate-planning solutions.
• Foster and expand regional client networks via CPA alliances and marketing channels.
• Deliver high-touch relationship management for client retention and satisfaction.
