The role offers transition financing, back-office support, and marketing resources to help you grow a thriving advisory business with a performance-based compensation structure.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations.
• Active State Life & Health Insurance License.
• 3+ years of experience as a producing Financial Advisor with a clean regulatory record (FINRA BrokerCheck).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a consultative, relationship-first planning process.

Responsibilities

• Provide macroeconomic financial planning and wealth management guidance to individuals and business owners.
• Analyze client situations to design asset-protection, retirement income, and estate-planning solutions.
• Expand regional client networks via CPA alliances and marketing channels.
• Deliver high-touch relationship management for client retention and satisfaction.
