Wisepath Group’s Wisepath Recruiting division seeks an experienced Financial Advisor to transition their practice into an independent business-owner model. You will inherit a strong local brand, enhanced financial modeling tools, and direct mentorship to scale your operations.

This direct-hire opportunity offers transition financing, shared office space, and administrative support, with compensation of $100,000 to $250,000+ per year based on performance, commissions, and book ownership

Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 registration
• Active FINRA Series 66 registration (or Series 6/63/65)
• State Life & Health Insurance License
• 3+ years of producing Financial Advisor experience with clean regulatory record

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive macroeconomic financial planning and wealth management guidance to individuals, families, and business owners.
• Analyze client situations to design asset-protection, retirement income, and estate-planning solutions.
• Expand regional client networks using localized CPA alliances and marketing channels.
• Deliver high-touch relationship management to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
