Job summary

Strategic People Advisors presents a direct-hire opportunity for an experienced Financial Advisor to transition their practice into an independent business model. You’ll gain a reputable local brand, advanced financial modeling tools, and guided mentorship to scale your operations and build enterprise equity.

You will inherit a structured transition program, back-office support, and access to marketing resources to expand your regional client base while maintaining a client-first planning

Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 6 and 63/65) registrations.
• Active State Life & Health Insurance License.
• 3+ years of experience as a producing Financial Advisor with a clean regulatory record (FINRA BrokerCheck).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to a consultative, relationship-first planning process.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive macroeconomic financial planning and wealth management guidance to individuals, families, and business owners.
• Analyze complex client situations to design custom asset-protection, retirement income, and estate-planning solutions.
• Foster and expand regional client networks by utilizing the firm's localized CPA alliances and marketing channels.
• Deliver high-touch relationship management to ensure exceptional client retention and long-term satisfaction.
