Wisepath Recruiting seeks an experienced Financial Advisor who wants to transition their practice into an independent business-owner model. You will leverage a robust local brand, advanced financial modeling tools, and direct mentorship to scale operations and build enterprise equity.

You will join a platform offering transition financing, shared office space, and pathways to book acquisition with a succession plan. This is an entrepreneurial compensation model with strong commission structures.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 6 and 63/65) registrations.
• Active State Life & Health Insurance License.
• 3+ years of experience as a producing Financial Advisor with a clean regulatory record (FINRA BrokerCheck).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to a consultative, relationship-first planning process.

Responsibilities

• Provide macroeconomic financial planning and wealth management guidance to individuals, families, and business owners.
• Analyze complex client situations to design asset-protection, retirement income, and estate-planning solutions.
• Foster and expand regional client networks using CPA alliances and marketing channels.
• Deliver high-touch relationship management to ensure client retention and long-term satisfaction.
