WealthBridge Financial Group in Arizona is seeking driven career changers to join our statewide team of financial advisors. You will work with families, business owners, and professionals to understand their financial objectives and provide tailored advice across planning areas.

No prior financial-services experience is required; we provide pre-licensing guidance, a 4-week joint-field training program, and a defined career path from Associate through Managing Director, with uncapped commission

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience is welcome.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
• Ability to obtain an Arizona Life & Health insurance license — guidance provided.
• Willingness to pursue SIE, Series 6 or 7, and Series 63/66 licenses within the first 12 months.
• Successful background check and fingerprinting as required by state regulators and FINRA

Responsibilities

• Engage families, business owners, and professionals to assess financial objectives.
• Implement life insurance, annuities, disability coverage, advisory accounts, and retirement plans.
• Build a personal client book and own income from day one.
• Utilize planning tools and analytics with specialist network support.
