Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking driven career changers to join our Tucson and Southern Arizona regional team during its build phase. Work directly with the Managing Director to engage families and professionals, providing tailored strategies across seven planning areas.

No prior financial-services experience is required; we provide pre-licensing guidance, training, and a defined career path from Associate to Managing Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience welcome — no prior financial-services experience required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships with self-motivation for a consistent practice
• Ability to obtain Arizona Life & Health insurance license — guidance provided (typical timing under 30 days)
• Willingness to pursue SIE, Series 6 or 7, and Series 63/66 securities registrations within 12 months; existing licenses or certifications are a plus
• Successful background check and fingerprinting as required by regulators

Responsibilities

• Engage families, business owners, and professionals to understand financial objectives and provide tailored strategies across planning areas
• Build and own a client book from day one, leveraging a commission-based model
• Utilize planning tools and analytics with support from specialized teams to implement life insurance, annuities, and retirement plans
