WealthBridge Financial Group in Arizona is seeking driven career changers to join our statewide team of financial advisors. In this role you will work with families, business owners, and professionals to understand their financial objectives and provide tailored advice across seven planning areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience welcome
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships with self-motivation
• Ability to obtain an Arizona Life & Health insurance license (guided through process)
• Willingness to pursue SIE, Series 6 or 7, and Series 63/66 within 12 months; existing licenses are a plus
• Successful background check and fingerprinting as required by regulators

Responsibilities

• Engage with families, business owners, and professionals to understand financial objectives
• Provide tailored advice and strategies across protection, savings, tax, retirement, debt, estate planning, and education funding
• Build and own a book of business from day one, with income tied to commissions
• Utilize planning tools and collaborate with specialist networks (Advanced Markets, Premium Finance, ESI Illuminations)
• Partner with leadership during onboarding and ramp-up to meet production expectations
