Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience welcome.

Responsibilities

• Engage with families, business owners, and professionals to understand financial objectives and provide tailored advice across planning areas.
• Implement life insurance, annuities, disability coverage, advisory accounts, and retirement plans.
• Build and own a book of business from day one.
• Utilize advanced planning tools and analytics with support from a specialist network.
• Participate in a defined career path from Associate to Managing Director.
