Job summary
Trident Industries in Missouri seeks a hands-on Field Technician to transport, deploy, service, and recover solar CCTV Trailers, working outdoors at diverse project sites.
You will diagnose mechanical and DC electrical issues, perform repairs, support trailer upfits, and collaborate with the team while traveling between sites.
The role emphasizes independent responsibility, safety, and practical troubleshooting across power systems, cameras, and basic networking.
Qualifications
- Must have hands-on vehicle & equipment maintenance experience.
- Ability to diagnose mechanical and DC electrical issues in the field.
- Experience with IP cameras and basic networking is a plus.
- Welding, fabrication, or trailer repair experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Transport solar CCTV Trailers to and from project sites.
- Safely tow, maneuver, position, and back trailers in field environments.
- Deploy and set up solar CCTV Trailers at designated locations.
- Perform teardown and recovery after deployment.
- Inspect trailers and equipment for safety and readiness.
- Troubleshoot solar panels, batteries, inverters, and power systems.
- Assist with basic automotive service and fleet maintenance as needed.
- Travel to project sites and work outdoors in varying conditions.
