Job summary

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 100%), including overnight stays.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Self-starter and team player.
- Experience using hand and power tools a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and installation of solar panels and related equipment.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and organizing materials.
- Operate tools and lifting equipment used in solar installation.
- Assist with material inventory and job site logistics.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
- Travel frequently to project sites, including overnight stays.
