Job summary

Signature Companies is seeking an Inspector to conduct on-site High Value Property Surveys across counties: Cuyahoga, Lorain, Medina, Summit, Portage, Geauga, Lake. You will work from a home office, scheduling surveys around your own availability while reporting findings through our loss control system.

This 1099 Field Consultant role suits self-motivated individuals with experience in Real Estate, Insurance Adjusting, Construction, or Home Appraisals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate, Insurance Adjusting, Construction or Home Appraisals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct on-site High Value Property Surveys.
• Visit properties, take photos and measurements, and note issues for underwriter review.
• Generate estimated replacement value of the home and identify major hazards.
• Communicate findings through loss control 360 on Signature website.
