Job summary

Signature Companies is seeking independent Field Consultants to perform on-site High Value Property Surveys across Fresno and surrounding areas as a 1099 contractor. You’ll visit homes, photograph, measure, and document construction details under our guidelines, coordinating surveys within your own schedule.

Ideal candidates have experience in insurance adjusting, real estate, or construction, with strong communication skills, a reliable vehicle, and the equipment listed in our requirements.

Qualifications

• High level of professionalism.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must have smartphone, tablet and Windows-based PC.
• High speed internet, Digital Camera or smartphone with 16mp camera or greater, measuring devices such as laser, soft tape, or measuring wheel.
• Late model vehicle and Auto and General Liability Insurance.
• Prior inspection experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct on-site High Value Property Surveys within your schedule.
• Visit properties, take photos and measurements, note issues for underwriter review.
• Generate and document observations in loss control 360 via Signature website.
