Qualifications

• Prior underwriting experience desirable.
• Prior inspection experience on residential homes desirable.
• Loss control experience desirable.
• Professionalism is key.
• Construction experience desired, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct on-site High Value Property Surveys.
• Interact with homeowners and insurance agents professionally.
• Identify and document unique features of the homes.
• Generate estimated replacement values and identify hazards.
