Job summary

Signature Companies is seeking a Field Consultant in Clark County, Nevada to conduct on-site High Value Property Surveys. You will schedule and complete surveys within your own calendar, visiting properties, taking photos and measurements, and noting issues for underwriters.

This 1099 contract role offers a home-office setup and flexible, independent work with mentoring from Field Management and support to succeed in Signature Companies' standards.

Qualifications

• High level of professionalism.
• Must have smartphone, tablet and Windows-based PC.
• BA or BS degree desired, but not required.
• A late model reliable vehicle and Auto and General Liability Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct on-site High Value Property Surveys.
• Visit properties, take photos and measurements, note issues for underwriter review.
• Generate observations and document construction materials and features.
• Submit loss-control reports via Signature's portal or system.
