Job summary

OPTIMIZED WASTE REMOVAL LLC in Fort Worth is seeking a dependable Valet Trash Technician to collect doorstep trash and recycling at assigned apartment communities, working Sunday through Thursday from 7:00 PM to approximately 9:30 PM.

You will transport waste to the dumpster, handle litter removal, document violations, and complete routes safely. A pickup truck, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a smartphone with data are required to join our growing team serving DFW-area communities.

Qualifications

• Dependable, self-motivated individuals to join our team.
• Must have pickup truck and valid driver's license with reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and walk long distances / climb stairs.
• Smartphone with a data plan and working camera.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.
