Job summary

OPTIMIZED WASTE REMOVAL LLC in Alliance Area, TX is seeking a dependable Valet Trash Technician for evening shifts. You will work independently at an assigned apartment community, collecting doorstep trash and recycling while helping keep communities clean.

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 7:00 PM – Approximately 9:30 PM. Pay: $660 biweekly plus paid holidays. Join a team focused on maintaining clean, safe living environments for residents.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk long distances, climb stairs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Pickup truck required

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.
