OPTIMIZED WASTE REMOVAL LLC in White Settlement area is seeking a dependable Valet Trash Technician to collect doorstep trash and recycling, working independently during the evening shift Sunday–Thursday from 7:00 PM to approximately 9:30 PM to help keep apartment communities clean.

The role involves outdoor work in all weather, requiring a valid driver’s license, a smartphone with data and camera, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stay motivated while working independently.
• Good physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and walk long distances.
• Awareness of safety practices when handling waste and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.
