Job summary

Optimized Waste Removal in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a dependable Valet Trash Technician to collect doorstep trash and recycling at an assigned apartment community. You’ll work independently and help keep neighborhoods clean.

Shifts are Sunday–Thursday, 7:00 PM to about 9:30 PM. Pay is $660 biweekly plus paid holidays. Must have a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and be comfortable outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Dependable and self-motivated.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.
