Job summary

OPTIMIZED WASTE REMOVAL LLC is seeking a dependable Valet Trash Technician to work at an apartment community in the Dallas area. The role involves collecting doorstep trash and recycling and contributing to clean communities.

Shift is Sunday–Thursday from 7:00 PM to about 9:30 PM. Pay is $300 biweekly plus paid holidays, with outdoor work in all weather and a requirement for a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to walk long distances and climb stairs.
• Work outdoors in all weather.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone with data plan and camera.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.
