OPTIMIZED WASTE REMOVAL LLC in Argyle, TX is seeking a dependable Valet Trash Technician for evening shifts Sundays through Thursdays. You will work solo at an apartment community, collecting doorstep trash and recycling while helping keep neighborhoods clean.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation with insurance, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort working outdoors in all weather. You must own a pickup truck and have a smartphone with data.

Qualifications

• Pickup truck ownership is required.
• Candidate must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
• Smartphone with a data plan and working camera.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.
