Job summary

Concorde Education is seeking independent instructional contractors to provide dance enrichment services for K–12 students at partner schools in California. This is not an employee role; contractors may apply for opportunities and work on a per-assignment basis.

Assignments vary by grade level, location, and schedule, with typical compensation of $50+ per instructional service hour. Contractors may use their own curricula and must follow site requirements, safety rules, and onboarding procedures.

Qualifications

• 60 college credits required where applicable by assignment.
• Experience in dance instruction, choreography, or related movement.
• Experience teaching school-age students.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Availability to meet assignment schedule and communicate issues promptly.
• Familiarity with age-appropriate instructional practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead age-appropriate dance sessions.
• Teach technique, rhythm, and creative movement.
• Adapt instruction to student levels and space.
• Develop routines and teamwork skills.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Report needs and concerns to Concorde and staff.
• Complete a session form after each class.
• Follow site safety and policy procedures.
