Job summary

Concorde Education is seeking independent instructional contractors to provide dance enrichment services for K–12 students. This is a potential independent contractor assignment, not an employee position.

Contractors may choose whether to apply for, accept, decline, or ignore available opportunities. Assignments vary by school, grade level, schedule, curriculum, available space, music resources, and program objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience with dance instruction, choreography, performance, or related movement.
• Experience teaching or leading activities with school-age students.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to adapt instruction to site requirements and student levels.
• Familiarity with age-appropriate instructional practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate engaging, age-appropriate dance instruction.
• Teach techniques, rhythm, coordination, and creative movement.
• Adapt instruction to student levels, space, and objectives.
• Guide routines, teamwork, and self-confidence.
• Maintain a safe, respectful learning environment.
• Complete a brief session form after each session.
• Follow site safety and student-protection procedures.
