Job summary

SVN International Corp. seeks Commercial Real Estate Advisors in Durham, NC. This is an independent contractor, commission-only opportunity with access to SVN System 4 Growth and Jumpstart programs. You will join a collaborative team to service clients in sale, leasing or tenant representation.

We value discipline, coachability, and a strong work ethic, with opportunities for professional growth and training while working in a team environment run by the local managing director.

Qualifications

• A real estate salesperson license (or be in the process of obtaining one).
• Excellent interpersonal skills (oral and written).
• The self-motivation and discipline to work in teams and on individual assignments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Some college or equivalent entrepreneurial, military or alternative education experience.
• A positive attitude and excellent work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Sell or lease commercial real estate in Durham, NC.
• Collaborate with team and office Managing Director in a shared process.
• Participate in SVN System 4 Growth online training and Jumpstart programs.
• Provide client service and coordinate with brokerage teams.
