SVN - Real Estate Associates in Durham, North Carolina is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Advisor to join our team. This role is an independent contractor, commission-only, with opportunities in sales, leasing or tenant representation at our Durham office.

You will work in a collaborative culture that values education, training, and a proactive, coachable approach. Flexibility with hours and a focus on results are key to success.

Competenze

• Requires real estate salesperson license (or in process).
• Excellent interpersonal skills (oral and written).
• Self-motivated and disciplined to work in teams and individually.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Some college or equivalent education or alternative experience.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
