Job summary

SVN Cornerstone is seeking driven Commercial Real Estate Advisors to join our Spokane team. This is an independent contractor, commission-only opportunity with access to SVN’s training systems and a supportive, team-based culture.

You will engage in sales, leasing or tenant representation, build client relationships, and work with experienced Advisors in a collaborative environment led by the Managing Director.

Qualifications

• Real estate salesperson license or in process
• Excellent interpersonal skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivation and discipline to work in teams and on individual assignments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Some college or equivalent experience
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
