Job summary

DOCS Health in North Dakota is seeking an independent contract Physician Assistant to provide services at military events on weekends.

You will review health histories, interview personnel, and assess readiness, with documentation in a proprietary medical system.

Flexibility to travel to multiple locations, including remote military installations, and to work both weekends and occasional weekdays.

Qualifications

• Active PA license in the state.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care, or occupational health - preferred.
• Experience with mobile medical services - preferred.
• Knowledge of military systems and terminology - preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support physical health assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview service members to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify concerns needing immediate attention, including Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results for readiness classification using a proprietary system.
