Job summary

Qualifications

• Active North Dakota PA license is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support health assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and questionnaires.
• Interview personnel to determine medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns including behavioral health.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the medical record.
