Job summary

DOCS Health in Montana is seeking Physician Assistants to join as independent contractors serving military service members, primarily on weekends with some weekdays as needed.

You will review health histories, conduct health assessments, interview personnel, document readiness, and work under supervision where required. Travel to remote installations may be necessary; CPR/BLS and active PA license required.

Qualifications

• Active PA license in the state
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge and skills
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments
• Able to travel, with weekend availability - preferred

Responsibilities

• Support health assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview service members to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify concerns needing immediate attention, including Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the medical record using a proprietary system.
