Job summary

Signature Companies is seeking self-motivated Field Consultants to perform on-site High Value Property Surveys across the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. You will schedule surveys, visit properties, and document construction features, measurements, and hazards for underwriters.

As an independent contractor, you will manage your own schedule and report findings through the Signature platform. Prior underwriting or inspection experience is valuable; a vehicle, internet, and devices are required.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• BA or BS degree desired, but not required.
• Must have smartphone, tablet and personal computer.
• Late model vehicle and Auto and General Liability Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct on-site High Value Property Surveys.
• Visit properties, take photos and measurements, note issues for underwriter."
• Generate an estimated replacement value of the home and identify major hazards.
• Communicate findings via loss control portal (Signature website).
