Signature Companies is seeking experienced High Value Residential Insurance Inspectors in the Oklahoma City area to work as independent contractors. You will conduct on-site surveys, document architectural features, take precise measurements and produce underwriter-ready reports.

You should have strong construction knowledge, excellent communication skills, and be capable of working independently with reliable equipment and a late-model vehicle.

Qualifications

• Prior underwriting experience is desirable.
• Prior inspection experience on residential homes is desirable.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Professionalism is key.
• Must have smartphone, tablet and personal computer.
• A late model reliable vehicle and Auto and General Liability Insurance.
• High speed internet, Digital Camera or Smartphone with 16mp camera or greater, measuring devices such as laser, soft tape measure, or measuring wheel

Responsabilités

• Conduct on-site high value property surveys as per carrier guidelines.
• Document construction features, finishes and architectural elements.
• Capture measurements, photos and site observations.
• Identify underwriting concerns, hazards and loss exposures.
• Develop replacement cost estimates reflecting high-quality materials and craftsmanship.
• Submit complete, timely web-based reports meeting carrier guidelines.
• Communicate findings to homeowners and insurance agents.
