Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking contractors to perform site inspections within a 25 mile radius of Baldwin Township, MI. You will capture interior and exterior photos of residential properties using the Pruvan app and submit them for reports.

No report writing is required. This part-time, contract role offers a flexible schedule with inspections assigned as needed; you must own reliable transportation and a smartphone or tablet compatible with the Pruvan app.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Flexible schedule with 24–48 hours notice for inspections.
• Must have reliable transportation to inspection sites.
• Device must be smartphone or tablet compatible with the Pruvan app (<=5 years old).

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of properties using the Pruvan app.
• Submit photos to the report writing team through the app.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
