NWM Risk Management is seeking contractors to perform site inspections within a 25-mile radius of the Allendale area. You will capture interior and exterior progress photos using the Pruvan app and submit them to the reports team.

This is a flexible, part-time contract role requiring reliable transportation and basic construction knowledge. No report writing is required; you will be paid per project after verification of photos and completion.

Qualificações

• Flexible schedule: inspections are assigned as needed with 24-48 hours notice.
• Reliable transportation to travel to inspection sites.
• Device: Smartphone or tablet (iPhone or Android) compatible with the Pruvan app.
• PPE gear: Closed-toe shoes, long pants, and a safety vest are required.
• Basic construction knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of properties assigned through the app to show progress on-site.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate your availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24-48 hours of assignment.
