Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking contractors to visit residential construction sites within a 25‑mile radius of Riley, MI, capturing progress photos with the Pruvan app. No report writing is required; photos are submitted for reports and lenders’ review.

Work is flexible, part‑time/contract, with 24–48 hour turn times and payment by project completion. A vehicle, smartphone/tablet, and PPE are required; background checks may be performed.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Live within 25 miles of the job location.
• Reliable transportation to sites.
• Smartphone or tablet compatible with the Pruvan app.
• PPE: closed‑toe shoes, long pants, safety vest.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos via the Pruvan app to document progress.
• Submit photos to the report writing team through the app.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Complete inspections within 24–48 hours of assignment.
