Qualifications

• Experience completing property and casualty loss control surveys and reports.
• Understanding of general liability and property coverage.
• Knowledge of commercial auto, workers' compensation, and inland marine lines preferred.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Ability to assess physical condition of properties.
• Prepare clear, concise reports with supporting photos.

Responsibilities

• Set site inspection appointments with insured/agent by email or phone.
• Complete physical inspections of properties in assigned territory.
• Take digital photos of properties.
• Identify hazards/controls and document findings.
• Conduct on-site interviews and gather property details.
• Upload reports/photos via cloud-based system.
• Complete required online training and follow company policies.
