Zusammenfassung

Underwriter Services Association seeks experienced Commercial Loss Control Consultants to inspect properties and provide consultative visits. This independent contractor (1099) role offers a flat rate per inspection or hourly pay, with weekly payments after report submission.

You must supply your own equipment and reliable transportation and be available for appointments across a wide territory. Candidate should have 3+ years in loss control, with CSP/ARM certifications preferred.

Qualifikationen

Experience completing property and casualty loss control surveys.
Understanding of general liability and property lines of coverage.
Basic understanding of commercial auto, workers compensation, and inland marine lines of coverage.
Ability to meet hard due dates with minimal supervision.
Ability to assess the physical condition of a property.
Own a computer with Windows OS and bring own equipment.
Background check may be required; bilingual skills a plus.

Aufgaben

Set site inspection appointments via email and/or phone.
Complete physical inspections of properties within an assigned territory.
Take digital photos of properties.
Identify and document hazards/controls.
Complete on-site management interviews as required.
Upload report/photo through a cloud-based system.
Complete required online training courses.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety codes.
Perform other duties as needed.
